Mischa de Matheu, also known as Michelle de Matheu, is a Costa Rican–American actress who approaches her work with presence, curiosity, and a deep respect for emotional truth. Highly committed and disciplined, she sees acting as a way of honoring another person’s experience—listening deeply and stepping into different realities with care and authenticity.

She trained in screen acting at Central de Cine (Spain) and Casa Maga (Costa Rica), where she developed a strong sense of emotional precision and awareness. As the creator of The Mind, Body & Soul Stylist, her background in human transformation, Bioneuroemotion®, psychological studies, and emotional intelligence naturally shapes her performances, allowing her to bring honesty and nuance to every character.

Having lived across different cultures and expressing herself fluently in multiple languages, Mischa brings a chameleon-like adaptability and a wide emotional range, making her a grounded and versatile presence on both screen and stage.
